If you are having difficulties logging in, the first thing we recommend is to try resetting your password.
To do this, enter your email address and a new password in the boxes, then click the button to be sent a 6-digit verification code.
This will be sent to the email address you enter (please double check junk email).
Once you have the code, enter it in the box to set your new password.
Other Tips
- 1. Make sure that the email address you're using is the main one that we have on record for your booking - all emails from PST about your booking will be sent to this address. No other email addresses will work.
- 2. After generating the verification code, don't close this page or click to open your emails from the same page. Doing so will cause the verification code to expire. Instead, open emails in a new tab or window, in an app, or on a different device.
- 3. If your password appears to be already filled in when you get to the sign in page, please delete what is in the box and type in your password. Sometimes old passwords get saved and filled in automatically.
